Shipping Fees

Portfolio products: £2.70 flat rate. Accessories: £2.70 flat rate. Some products have free shipping and will be marked as such.

Delivery

Shipping is available to all countries. However, due to poor experience with shipments to Russia over a long period of time, we do not guarantee delivery to this country anymore. Hence, supporters in Russia are encouraged to buy the email delivery in addition to ordinary postal shipment.

Please allow three business days from date of purchase to date of shipment. If you live in Europe you should receive the Lairdship Portfolio within approximately 1 – 1.5 weeks. If you live outside Europe, please allow approximately 14 days from date of order to delivery at your place. Certain countries, e.g. China, Russia, Argentina and Brazil, have longer delivery times.

The accessories are made-to-order dropshipping products and have approximately 3 weeks delivery time.

The shipping carriers used to transport our products are well-established international shipping carriers. However, once the product has left the place of fabrication Native Woods Preservation Ltd (NWP) does not control of the shipment and can therefore not warrant delivery time. Shipment delays may sometimes occur due to varying customs security processing.

We are unable to guarantee delivery to the following countries: Cyprus, Russia and all former Soviet Republic countries. In our experience postal service to these countries is unreliable and slow. We will pay for the first attempted delivery to the stated shipping address, but if the letter is returned, the customer will be required to pay new postage for further deliveries.

Christmas shipping

In December all shipments take more time than during the rest of the year, particularly long-distance. Hence, in order to be safe you should order as early as possible and add a couple of weeks to our ordinary shipping times.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

NWP qoutes all prices inclusive of taxes. However, you may be subject to importation duties and taxes in your own country when you receive products from us. All items entering a country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are generally assessed if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the national laws. If in doubt, you may contact your local customs office for further information, since custom policies vary a lot from country to country.

When ordering from Native Woods Preservation Ltd, you are considered to be the importer of the goods and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

NWP does not assume responsibility for any VAT, customs, duties or brokerage fees at the time and place of delivery.
